AdBlue® is dosed and automatically injected into the exhaust gases in the DPF filter of the diesel engine to reduce harmful emissions and more precisely nitrogen oxides (NOx), converting them to harmless nitrogen (N2) and water vapor (H2O). The conversion is carried out using a synthetically produced 32.5% urea solution, z. B. AdBlue® in an additional tank.
